Consent to the Processing of Personal Data Collected via Metric Programmes

By continuing to use the website intmeet.spbu.ru, I, hereinafter referred to as the 'Data Subject', in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Personal Data', hereby give my consent to the Personal Data Operator (SPbU) to process my personal data, including: website visit statistics, user behavioural factors (including pages viewed, page view depth, data on the date, time and duration of the visit, geolocation), device type, device operating system and browser type, referral source, search or advertising query information, completed forms and conversions achieved (metrics on completed user goal actions). I express my consent to the collection of the aforesaid data via the Yandex. Metrica service.

By 'processing of personal data', I understand the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction, indefinite retention, and any other actions (operations) with personal data performed by the Personal Data Operator as provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

The processing of the Data Subject’s personal data is carried out for the following purposes: analysing user behaviour, aggregating statistical data on website traffic for selected time periods, analysing website traffic dynamics, evaluating the effectiveness of traffic sources, evaluating user conversions (metrics on completed goal actions), improving the usability and quality of the website, and obtaining statistical information. The data collected via the said web analytics system may be transferred to the owner of such system (Yandex LLC, INN 7 736 207 543, OGRN 1 027 700 229 193, address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119 021, Russia).

The processing of the Data Subject’s personal data may be carried out using automation tools and/or without the use of automation tools in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
SPbU takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures, or ensures that such measures are taken, to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, and also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Data Subject’s personal data.

This consent to the processing of my personal data is effective from the moment the collection of information via the Yandex. Metrica service begins until the purposes of the processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn.
The consent may be withdrawn by me on the basis of a written application sent to the Personal Data Operator.
